The Service offers both free and paid plans (Freemium model), enabling users to enjoy ready-to-play experiences or customize their own challenges.

We may modify or update the Service at any time to improve performance, add new features, or ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Eligibility

By using Yalabo, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 16 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction).
• Have permission or authority to organize or participate in group activities, if applicable.
• Will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

User Content and Conduct

When using Yalabo, you may create or share content (such as custom questions, images, or messages).

You are solely responsible for all content you upload or distribute through the Service.

You agree not to:

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.
• Infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, or scripts) to access or misuse Yalabo.

We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict access for users who violate these guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, trademarks, text, and game frameworks within Yalabo are the exclusive property of Yalabo Ltd.

You retain ownership of custom content you create within the platform (e.g., custom questions or event themes).

By uploading such content, you grant Yalabo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Free and Paid Plans

Yalabo operates under a Freemium model:

• Free Plan: Access to a limited number of games and participants.
• Paid Plans: Unlock additional features such as advanced customization, analytics, and expanded participant capacity.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

All prices are displayed before purchase and may change with prior notice.

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or completed games.

Payment Processing Fees

If a refund or credit is granted for any purchase, payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (such as Polar or similar payment processors) are non-refundable.

These fees are collected by the payment processor and are not retained by Yalabo.

Any refunded amount will therefore exclude such processing fees.

Termination and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in harmful activity.

Upon termination, certain sections (such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yalabo and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Any loss of data, business, or revenue;
• Any harm resulting from user-generated content or third-party integrations.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by the user during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that Yalabo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices or browsers.

You use the platform at your own risk.

Third-Party Services

Yalabo may integrate with external services (e.g., analytics tools, payment processors, or communication systems).

We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Use of such tools is governed by their respective terms.

Privacy
